Assumption College offers three freshly decorated boutique houses – Mannes House, O’Connor House, and Redden House – are home-away-from-home for boys boarding and girls boarding at Assumption College. Each house accommodates 24 boarders, and are designed to provide a comfortable, family-style environment where every student feels welcome and supported. Every boarding student across Years 7-12 has their own private space for study and respite. Each room features a single bed and study desk.
Nestled in an idyllic rural setting with wide-open spaces, Assumption College offers the perfect balance of tranquillity and accessibility. Located within walking distance of Kilmore’s town centre and just a short train ride from Melbourne on V-line’s Seymour Line, the College is ideally situated for students travelling from Melbourne, Regional Victoria, and Southern New South Wales. Within proximity of Melbourne Airport, the College also attracts boarders from further afield, including Sydney and regional New South Wales, Tasmania, Queensland, South Australia, the Northern Territory, and Western Australia.
