Payment

A non-refundable 50% deposit per Expo per school is required seven (7) days from Invoice date. (or by arrangement). The balance for our NSW events and 25% second Invoice for Mount Isa will be invoiced in May 2026, with final payment for Mount Isa Invoiced in September 2026. Additional catering and equipment storage will be invoiced separately. Upon receipt of your registration an invoice will be emailed to you for the deposit within 7 working days.

By accepting the terms and conditions you acknowledge the registration terms including the cancellation policy. Registration Cancellation Policy.
No refund will be given for a cancellation except where the Expo has to be cancelled by the organiser (e.g. due to being undersubscribed by exhibitors), in which case the full deposit will be refunded minus a $100 administration fee per school.
